With wonderful touches, such as the, now legendary, Welcome Hamper filled with local goodies and the warm personal greeting extended to every guest by it's owner, The Countess Bathurst, this is an exceptional place to visit.A stones throw from Cirencester and within walking distance of a train station and the village of Kemble, this delightful idyll enjoys a beautiful rural situation, surrounded by fields (it lies in the heart of a working farm), and boasting gorgeously tranquil and private surroundings.  Clover Barn itself combines the traditional Cotswold charm of open ceilings and exposed beams making it light and airy in Summer; yet still cosy and warm in Winter, ensuring it offers the best of an elegant rural retreat year round. Internally the property provides the highest quality of self catering accommodation and, since it's new management in July 2013, there have been many upgrades and improvements, including new furnishings, the addition of colourful art, better lighting, the installation of free WiFi, (see below), iPod docks - and a FABULOUS new kitchen.No detail has been overlooked - from the new squishy sofas, to the wonderfully equipped kitchen and bathrooms - not forgetting the fantastically comfortable beds with their silky Egyptian cotton sheets and soft fluffy towels!Kemble itself is a traditional Cotswold village, well located for touring the entire region - it also has a small shop and the benefit of a train station with direct links to London.  We cannot recommend this beautiful barn more highly.  Please note: Keeper's Barn (also listed at Manor Cottages) and Clover Barn can be booked together for a party of eight, as they are situated within 500 yards of each other.ACCOMMODATION(All on one level, except for two steps leading up to Bedrooms 2 & 3 and Bathroom 2)EntranceLeading into a small lobby area.Kitchen / Dining RoomFully equipped with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine plus large fridge freezer.
