Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt of the amino acid arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid. Myprotein's AAKG is superior to many other forms of arginine as it is comprised of two Arginine molecules attached to one Alph-Ketoglutarate molecule. AAKG can be taken at 3 times throughout the day with a combined dose total of 15-18g, to help maintain elevated arginine levels. Taking more than 10g of arginine at once could result in gastrointestinal distress. Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum.
